A highly experienced general practitioner, I now specialise in all aspects of Property Law and Ecclesiastical Law. I am Registar to the Diocese of Coventry and Legal Secretary to the Bishop of Coventry.
I have been with Rotherham & Co Limited for 17 years and have enjoyed every moment. As a specialist conveyancing solicitor I am familiar with all elements which may arise in a transaction and am very much of the view that parties are best served when rowing along together.
I act for Clients across the country and consider my approach well reflected in the numbers who come back to me time and time again! I can happily say that your transaction will be in the safest hands (and “paws” as my erstwhile canine companion Leo is always at his side!)
Sarah joined the child care team at Rotherham & Co Limited in February 2013. She has extensive experience in all aspects of Family Law but in the more recent years has concentrated on cases relating to children and now specialises in representing families when a Local Authority becomes involved.
“The Law says that where possible, the children achieve their best outcomes if brought up within birth families, and this is always my starting point. I understand that it is an extremely difficult and stressful time for parents and other family members. I treat my Clients with respect for their feelings and dignity and help them achieve the best possible outcome.”
Margaret joined the practice in 1986 and has established an enviable reputation for the friendly, efficient and professional way in which she deals with residential sales and purchases.

I am a Solicitor in the Care Department and, now, work exclusively in Child Care Law. I have worked at Rotherham & Co Solicitors for 11 years.
The relevant law in Child Care matters is extensive and I always keep in mind that, for families who become involved with Social Care, this can be something of a minefield. Representing parties who are involved in that process, at whatever level, is something which I take seriously and I always try to give my clients the time they need and deserve when discussing something as important as family.
