If you should have a complaint about our service please contact Mr. David Dumbleton with details and he will seek to resolve it as soon as possible. If for any reason this is not possible within eight weeks then you may refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman or if you consider there has been a breach of professional standards you may refer the matter at any time to the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
